    Default motorcycle lift

Do you have any recommendations for motorcycle lift/stand?

I’ve just seen video where they compare cheap one from harbor freight, one from pitbull and also J&S. J&S was best of all. But the price for it is around $600 and I’m not sure if I can afford that right now.

A friend has one he got at Harbor Freight and I use it often. He uses it for his Indian Chief.

If you are in Canada, or find something similar, I am perfectly happy with this at $129 CAD on sale, except you can't do oil changes with it, which ironically was a primary reason for me originally buying it. Didn't really think it through. Ha.

I have this same stand for any 'heavy duty' work I do on the bike (ie: change motor mounts), but I recently bought a Venom motorcycle lift (https://www.kapscomoto.com/ca/adjust...m-7-to-10.html). It lifts the bike high enough to be able to do an oil change. Very easy to use.

I have a Harbor Freight table lift. I bought it on sale for $299. It works very well for the Nines, but it is not heavy duty enough for my Gold Wings. It will lift them, but it is a strain on the jack and the pivot bolts.

This is a very clever solution I was not previously aware of before buying the normal and completely NOT oil-friendly, lift.
Makes far more sense... added a "pivot lift" to the shopping list, thanks!!
