    Default Headlight Cowl

    Hello All;

    May someone tell me how the headlight cowl comes apart? I am thinking about getting part of it airbrushed. Click image for larger version.

    Unscrew the 4 bolts behind it. The bucket will come right off. That middle section will come off alot easier once the entire light Is off.

    Its these 2 bolts on each side.

    Once the bucket is off, you will need to further disassemble from the inside because I believe the headlamp assembly is attached to the part you want to remove. Also, there is a tab at the top on the inside that you will not want to break.

    ^^ this.

    Pics show the piece you are talking about, removed.
    The 4-arrow piece shows the 4 screw locations to remove the bucket, looking from the front to the back.
