Default Fabrication drawings / measurements / instructions for rear and front seat back rests

    Hi Guys,

Did anyone make their own or came across instructions on how to make rear and front seat back rests? I am interested to add back rests to my existing OEM seats. If there are detailed instructions available, I will find some one here to make them for me. Out of the two I am more interested in the rear seat back rest. Sissy bar may also work, although I have hard bags installed.

PS, I am interested to attach the back rest to the actual seat.

The grasshopper backrest was common for the front seat. And if you do a search members have posted a couple different backrests for the rear seat.

    Hey Baldi.
^^ agreed - Grasshopper was a popular conversation for awhile.

As for the back, here are a number of DIY solutions, including my own version of same:

Thank you all for the advice and links. Seems I will have to rip the seat up to do the grasshopper backrest.

    Plan B.

Can anyone give me the dimensions for the sissy bar and luggage rack?
