Here's the old light with the new light, the new light mounted and the ridiculous output after installation.

And Here's the difference In the low and high beam patterns. The first two are low and high with an led bulb in the stock housing.

Pics look great! Looks like high beam has an awesome throw and low has a decent cutoff. Nice!

    Hi Josh,
Two pics show a full flood of light, and two show a sudden cutting off of light. Which pics are the new light? I know you said which is what, but I've been getting this annoying pop up when I'm on this site lately, and it makes things fit differently on my Android tablet.
    Thanks,
    Dean

    Josh,
Is the size of the back of new headlight the same as the OEM headlight. I am concerned about lack of space in the cowl because of the air horn.

The new light has the cut off for low beam, and full flood for high beam.

They are the same dimensions. Swap over the rubber grommets and bolt it right in.

Correct. I don't know why it loaded them that way. The picture with the distinct cut off and the cut off with the spot light are the new Revo headlight pattern.

They are all expensive. Josh, can you give us a report after riding in the rain at night?
    Thanks

I have the hoglights version. They're all the same. Mine came out to about 375 shipped on sale a few month ago. Still haven't had it out at night though.

I just rode around the block and the light was aimed too low. The high beam definitely made up the difference. There is no adjustment, like the stock light, so I put a thicker bushing at the bottom alignment peg. These are the pictures from that adjustment. I need to cut the bushing in half, but i have to remove the fairing and headlight every time I make an adjustment. But you get the idea about how bright the light is.

Good idea for a fix. I also run driving lights in my blinkers which help.
Curious to see how mine will throw light.

I rode to work today so I could give the headlight a real worldtest besides just going around the block. I can see everything. Anything reflective lights up farther than you can see. The high beam was aimed up into the trees, so it wasn't helpful at all. When I got home, I cut that bushing in half and now it's perfect.

I know the price tag is high for this unit, but being able to see better at night makes me feel so much safer. I saw 4 deer on the side of the road, I mean 30-40 feet off the road clear as day. Hopefully I'll make it to the MAM this year and I'll show as many riders as I can the difference.

    Well, since you asked......

I rode home in the rain tonight. I had an opportunity to go home on my lunch break and swap the bike for the wagon, but I wanted to see how the light performed in the rain at night.

It wasn't raining quite as hard as it was a few weeks ago, but I can tell you visibility was a whole lot better with the Revo headlight.

It wasn't very long. I believe the website said 18 days and it got here in 10-12.

Can you run the headlight with just the halo on and not the highbeam and lowbeam ?
