\r\nWe would like to introduce our new SiteDown reporting system. This system is to report severe issues when accessing the forum, such as blank pages, other database errors, global posting errors, or other emergency issues. Our aim is to streamline communications and make it more efficient for you all to contact us when these type of issues occur. Make sure you bookmark the reporting page so you can easily have access to it as needed. Please remember that before you create a site down report to the take the time to use a couple of troubleshooting and verification techniques such as:

\r\nClearing your cache/cookies
\r\nTry another browser or device
\r\n
\r\nOnce you have confirmed the issue is still present please fill out the forum here. Be sure to include these crucial details when reporting a site down.

\r\nBrowser (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge)
\r\nSkin/layout option (default, classic, dark, light)
\r\nDevice (mobile device, desktop, tablet)
\r\nIP address
\r\nURL of the page where the error is present Screenshot of error
\r\nCopy and paste error code if present
\r\n
\r\nPlease ensure you provide as much information as possible as this will help our tech team find the root of the issue. Once you have submitted the report you will receive an auto-response confirming that your report was sent to the technicians. The system of reporting should only be used in cases of emergency where you cannot access the site and should only be used by admin and moderators and not shared with the community.
