To ride with views like that I would consider trekking across the entire country and up into the next.
In my truck though with bikes in the trailer......I am not up for a cross country Iron Butt Ride. (Unless I had a month to get there and back. )
Looks like a 6,100 mile round trip from my house.
But on those dates I will be at sea for sure.

Be sure to post plenty of pictures so I can experience the trip vicariously though those of you that make it up there.

Very blessed to be here, thanks. The Kootneys is even better and less traffic. It's more old school home town type place. Do you think you might make it?

Sorry Bro, work gets us all tied up in knots. I'm going to get some GoPro video on my next run to Kaslo. I'm just collecting footage. I still haven't really figured out the darn camera; Winter Project. Yes I/we shall get lots of pics and video!

Edite: Fly into Kelowna, could fined a rental bike in Kelowna and ride in, just pack your gear or courier it to ahead of you, my mom lives in Kelowna. If there is a will there is a way.

Yes! Thanks, It's the very best, for privacy, tranquility, security, access to the HWY ( it's a 2 lane road really) and town is like a 3-8 min ride, no fear of bears at this location just some deer, otters, Loons, and birds that dive into the water, not sure what type yet and Fish. Also very little bugs. Some very small ants, that's been it, on my last visit very few Mosquitos. I'm going back a few more times this month to get video footage, and ride footage. Time some routs for the meet, and soak my bones in the springs! Ohhh yaaa!

Default Riders Meet 2018, Nakusp BC. July 26-30. Will YOU be There?

I have confirmed dates for August, still waiting to see if I can squeeze some out of July. Thereís just always forest fire smoke in August and crazy hot. Itís noting I canít handle, and luckily in the Slocan Valley it had been sheltered from the smoke all summer long but one weekend. Realy got lucky this year hanging out in this Kootney valley!

Well itís been awhile since Iíve posted. I changed my signature awhile ago, I guess it didnít change past post.

Who still wants to go to Nakusp?

Iíll call Brianís cabin to see if my reservation of the main level of the house is still on his books. Then if so someone else will have to take the lead as I canít go. Iím still recovering from tendonitis, almost totally gone but tender. Canít get the days off, and I am riding two Quads at the moments each Polaris sportsman 1000 XPís one a hunter edition 2018 and the other is mine, the 2017 touring. So I can let my clutch wrist heal. Iíll be back on the 9 for next year. I should have my risers and fork seals done by then.

I rode From Trail to Revelstoke to Golden one day in August on my holiday trip. The road south of Nakusp was a very nice ride

That part was best ride I did in Canada. You need to do through Yellowstone west across Beartooth Pass in Montana. That was incredible
