Are you planning to tent camp or RV? Ryan was at a campground near by last year. He stayed at the hotel until 1-2am most nights tho.
It was fun closing the parking lot with you and a couple other guys.
I also had my wife pick me up every night, as I was way over the limit.

Please read post above. Our blocked rooms will be released to the general public tomorrow! Book your rooms now, or you may be out of luck. You can cancel with no penalty up until 24hours before your scheduled check in time. Last year I ended up adjusting my arrival date by a day. I called the day before and I was not charged for the day I cancelled.

Surprised to see such a thin listing of attendees. IMHO, this by far a better location than Morgantown, WV. I believe that a record was set on this very location back in 2010 when there were over 100 bikes in attendance. For all those attending hoping for a safe event!

Ok guys and gals, I haven't been on the forum in a while and unfortunately, I will not be able to make the MAM this year. Just too much going on right now and cant miss work right now. I hope you all have a great time...and I know you will! Everyone enjoy yourselves, safe riding and good luck on winning some great prizes! Tiny, be careful changing CJ's tire....you know he'll need it! Wild Hogs, hope you are able to add a few new members to the "pack" this year....I told CJ he could be an honorary member in my place this year haha!

Oh, and for those of you on the fence about going.....just do it if you can, you won't regret it! You'll have a great time, meet some great people, and have some awesome rides!

Keep the shiny side up and the rubber side down brothers and sisters!

I'm still coming along with "Sally" but she will be on a trailer. The love of my life feels that I should trailer her instead of riding so I do what side of the bread the butter goes on lol. Bob

Nothing wrong with trailering in. Lots of us do. Bring an easyup and lawn chair for the evenings. Four 5 gallon buckets and some bunjee cords to hold the easy up in place if the wind kicks up. A cooler comes in handy for the evening activities as well.

Im bringing my 12'x12' easy up along with a 10'x20' tent style carport. I'll have extra covered parking for anyone that rides in.

Just got another canopy from harbour freight $97.00 10'x20' going to put together and see how it does. Compared to the big one I brought past 5 years. New one has not as many poles. Will get back with you guys and let know how it does. Yes I am one to help out with parking spot for the a few that rode in.

Renting a 5x9 uhaul. It will be fine, at least trailering the beast won't be limited to what to bring.

6 Days And A Wake Up!!!
    Mid Atlantic Meet

Who else is going? It's not too late as long as the hotel still has rooms available!

You can always cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival if something comes up. Book your room before they are gone!!!

Attendee list created in post #7 on the first page. This link should take you straight to it. I'll keep it updated as more people confirm. Please post in the format that I have started in the post once your reservations are made.

Username - First name - state +number of people you are brining (first names of those you are bringing)

    Thanks!

    Here is the link.

    https://www.m109riders.com/forums/sho...=1#post3718393

Also, please be sure to follow the instructions in the first post of this thread that Matt posted in regards to what number to call when booking your room. Things will get screwed up in short order if you do not book directly with the hotel in Staunton, VA.

I will be updating the sponsoring vendor list soon. The list of items for the raffle is growing...

How could you miss your baby's 10th birthday?!?!

Won't be the same without you. Take care Ryan. Hit me up if you make it back out this way at any point during your travels.

Will do Sean. Did you say you gad a 30 or 50 amp hookup at your place.
I always had grand plans for the 10 year anniversary meet.
I will be in Petersburg, Va I think the 3-4 of July.

Considering going for the first time this year. I just happen to have that thurs-sunday off. It would take me all of thurs and sun to travel the 650 miles to and from MI. Are there rides every day? Friday and saturday? Is it worth going for the shorter time? Thanks for any info.

Yes the rides are everyday- the groups leave out every morning around 8am for the day and usually return between 3-5pm and rest of evening is for hanging out in parking lot eating talking and having fun till wee hours of mrgn till next day -Most every one leaves Sunday mrgn to head home to recover from all the fun -you'll still have a great time for the 2 days but the more days the more fun it will be

Hi guys, I do have some bad news. My brother-in-law passed away today so my attendance is pretty much nil. I was so looking forward to going. Life does tend to throw a monkey wrench into the works on occasion. You guys enjoy yourselves but do leave the building standing lol
