    I finally had a chance to strap the bike down with the forks fully compressed and the fender does touch the bottom of the light. Now I'm making a new bracket to make the light sit back just a little bit more. I'm not going to stop until I have it right. I love the look with the light mounted under the headlight

    How long have you had it mounted? I was told when I did the exact same light that it would hit the fender. I didn't listen and it did just that. Just an FYI.

    It does touch when the forks are fully compressed. I am in the process of making another bracket to move the light back a little bit.

    I finally figured out my mounting. I used a stainless piece of shim stock that I had in the tool box. Mounted it to the spot where there was a black plastic cover behind the brake line bracket. Compressed the forks and it is clear. Close, but clear.
