    Default Oklahoma roads?

Anyone around here tired of the G.D. roads? Had a neighbor comment to me about it. Said he sold his Mercedes because he was worried the roads were going to ruin the car. It's one of the reasons I do not ride as much as I used to, G.D. horrible, pot hole infested, washboard roads.

There was a recent article in The Daily Oklahoman. They have a "Nine Year Plan" to fix the roads, most especially I-40 east of Choctaw. What a disgrace that highway is.

Apart from the ......thud.......thud......thud....... I never really worried much about the roads when I lived in Broken Arrow. There did seem to be a lot of nice new roads being put down. And the 'pay as you go' turnpikes were very well made.

Guess I was to busy enjoying the great riding weather

I've come over slight hills, and seen pot holes that would swallow a bike. Pretty scary. And I've had some bumps practically throw me up in the air off the seat. Don't know when, or how long ago you lived here. They're pretty bad right now. Some parts of I-40, on a motorcycle, can be pretty darn uncomfortable.
