New backest. Now I don't have to worry about the kids or wife falling off the back.

More over me and my friend we have bought together, so there are 2 cruisers identical now but which will be customized in awaiting of new season.
Will somebody pls share some pics of OEM matt guard or better a bike with this shield installed? I'm thinking now on choosing one.

Sorry, I meant a color of oem guard for boss, which should be matted or glance black, but I haven't seen any real pictures of it.

I haven't seen the factory engine guards in black. Tried to buy a set from Suzuki a while back but they were back ordered. Which brand is in the picture. I also noticed the mirrors have extenders, did it come that way?

Bossman I just noticed where you live. I grew up about 15 miles south of Butler. There used to be a Suzuki shop on 356 that went to a fair bit.

The BOSS color scheme makes a lot of sense if you're a Steelers fan, especially living in the burgh.

I get Asked that question all the time here in Georgia ( are you a Steelers Fan? ) I blow it off with another joke and I'll say " no I really like DeWalt power tools " and I'll just start laughing.

I bought a Chrome back rest and sand blasted it and then sent it out for Black powder coat . I wasn't paying $400+ for OEM https://www.m109riders.com/forums/sho...=1#post2688930

Cool I just got my B.O.S.S a few months ago and I love it.

I already Smoked out the Tail Light and ordered a 260 tire. Thinking of up grading the front to a 160. need other ideas for the Boss?

They look just like the chrome Suzuki bars with a gloss black finish. Should fit.

Here is the description from the link you posted.

    Description:
Brand New Sealed in Box Gloss Black Powder Coated Engine Guard Highway Crash Bar for Suzuki Boulevard M109R Models.
Item fits : 2006-2014 Susuki Boulevard M109R Models

These will fit. I ordered the same bars off of Ebay and installed them last week. I think they are an aftermarket reproduction of the Factory bars. Either that, or this company makes the Factory ones too. The instruction sheet that came with them are the same as the Factory bar instructions... meaning they have the same poor quality pics. Lol.

Dave, I got the same windshield for my BOSS a few weeks ago. Here is an idea, if you like... I painted the mounting brackets flat black and I think it looks better. Look at my pic below and see what ya' think.

I love my 2014 B.O.S.S. but made a few changes to give it a litthe flare. The chrome cobras and spike air breathers are amazing. I'm pretty tall 6'5" so I changed the brake and clutch levers now they fit my hands. There are a few other changes h can't see. Much better ride then my 2009 model

That looks good but a custom shop couldn't even take the stickers off the gas tank

    Default Derby cover

About the only "eye-sore" for me on the BOSS is the stock derby cover. I can't figure why Suzuki would make that large of a piece on the engine silver with a mostly blacked out bike. I've seen a lot of custom derby covers out there and decided to see what I could do on my own. Here is what mine looks like after some rattle cans and masking tape.
