Okay, Time for more photos of a wonderful ride down to the Austrian, Swiss border lake and a very tasty lunch at am Haefele's Restaurant overlooking the lake.

I was pleasantly surprised that I got 59 miles to the gallon for the trip.

We went on secondary highways, not autobahn.

There were some nice twisties and hills.

The scenery along the way was outstanding.

Riding highway 31 along the shoreline was phenominal.

The food at am Haefele's was reasonably priced and of excellent quality.

And the German pils was, well German. I have yet to taste a bad beer in Germany, but then, I don't drink American..........
