    Default synthetic oil switch

    okay in the manual and i quote, oil change 3400ml
    with filter change 3700ml
    with engine overhaul 5000ml


    wheres this extra 1400 ml at and how do you get it out, does it come out
    i wouldnt think that i should mix oils
    any advice?

    It is impossible to get all of the oil out via the 2 plugs. Don't waste your time. The small amount of regular oil mixed with synthetic will not hurt anything. Do a search for oil changes. You will find a lot of info. The biggest thing to remember is not to over fill.

    On my Goldwing, I switched to the half and half and then again to the full synthetic.

    That might be a solution for you.

    I have factory original in my C109RT since it only has 60 miles on it.

    My first change I will switch to 50/50 and then my next change go full synthetic.
