    Default Goodies and Raffle

    Here is an update guys.

SO Dave was thinking to do a raffle at dime a mile and min of 20$ in US funds,

For you guys that use extra numbers up there, that would be a dime for

I believe half will proceed to donation and other half to one luck rider( thats my assumption Dave will chime in later on)

    Now the for the goodies

I spoke to a local sports store. He rides in my club.

This is the for any goodies you want. There is one time cost of digitizing the image of $60.

Once we get it digitized we have few options as its same size.

These are all embroidered on Gildan t shirts and Polo.

    T shirts round neck. 10$

    Cap : $15

    beanie :$10

Polo shirts : image on chest or arm $18

Hoddies with logo on arm or chest same size $30

If you want flag 8X11 for your man cave is 11$

I dont believe there is any minimum order as long as we pay the digitization which is one time fees of $60. If we have enough members we can split the cost example 60 guys $1 extra per person to cover the cost.

There is a weeks lead time for digitization and then others will done right away. The orders will be plus shipping first class.

Just tolet everyone know Joe was very generous to allow us to use his designs and that is his part of donation.

Also Marty and myself we are doing this without any charge. I will be sponsoring the Large Flag and Marty is very generously donating the Baton. Nemo and Wind City Dave have also working on part to help us.

Dave is paying for the digitization cost so that end is covered too.

i will try to find what the first class postage price would be so when you write whatyou need please make sure you check with usps what the shipping cost will be from postal code 98230 and depending upon your order the size of mailing envelop bulb wrap type cost.

    Hey Marty,

T shirts should be universal but i am sure Gildan has male female stuff. We can go on PINK stuff for the babes . Or get the embroidery done in all pink for them. Change the bike and TAG the world 2013 in pink for guys its going to be silver. and world in colour. I am assuming these colour but i dont think there should be any problem., I will ask maybe we can go our bike colour on the Bike logo. that would be cool . Reason thinking Pink is it will go with Breast cancer ribbon i think thats pink.

    Default Thread for buying

I think i will start a separate thread for goodies. Please indicate size and options what is needed. I think i am going to finalize this by end of next week. That way it gives one week needed for the guy tomake them. If orders are in. I will try to get them shipped out asap so that riders can wear them when they are riding. But in case this gets delayed you will get your stuff via usps first class mail. I will try to ship them maybe 2 times in a week as i have to drive across border for this. Canadian Postal is WAYYYY to expensive.

From here it's a two day ride to Narendra's... if I were feeling crazy and new the roads.. could be possible in one day.

Then where would I take it to Bill's in Montana? It would be one really long day back from Bill's

heh actually it's very close to the same distance.. just the speed limits are much lower in the mountains.

Probably can't get my bike out til end of April... if I'm lucky

yea we need few more on west coast.

Other suggestion i can think of is once we are done riding on our side we mail it to next place in event we havelack of riders.

Also once we are done with 3 other members signing up around the world we can mail it to them they can ride locally in their country and the last rider ships it out to the next continent. Once its done we bring it back to Canada or US in the end and we take it from there.

    This could be along ride.

    Default Cycle world replied back

I sent a link to this forum for ease of seeing what we were up to. I guess I have some more work to do............

    Rick,

Chris from Cycle World here.... Just looking to acquire some information on the proposed Benefit relay rally.

I am not familiar with the M109 Riders. Is this a privately run fan/enthusiast forum?

How many members of the forum?

    General information on the event?

    Any propose dates?

    Routes?

Images that could be used in a web story?

    Any information will help....

    Cheers,

    C.K.

I will do my best to reply back to him withthe info I have. As far as routes LOL whooooooooooooo knows....

I will be in the States in May-June on the east coast in the DC area and in Melbourne, FL.
I will then be coming back to Germany and riding all over Europe.

If you all would lke, I can also bring the European riders into the ride.

    Map pinned.

That would be great! I am willing to ride to the ferry and then into England, or to Belgium and hook up and go on to England.

I am wondering if we have any 109 riders in Russia that are willing to ice ride over the top back to Canada with the tube?

There are a few members in Russia, Melnik, Nekto, Victorr1, and ABTOCMEPTb. Maybe one of them will meet you.
