just a heads up on rain socks was told by a motorcycle mechanic today not to ride with them all the time they will restrict air flow, but not much. they are intended for rain they are small enough to put in tool box compartment so no worry just thought I would add it cause I said I would leave them on all the time, I didn't think it would matter but what do I know

No problem... I know we all want cool rides but lets face it .... We are all working with different budgets. If I can get the look I want without loosing performance and make the wife happy by saving a buck at the same time then I'm all over it.

Run the rain socks on the sand rail 24/7 and. yes they will restrict flow some but my sand buggy ran fine.
This is exactly what makes the cobra power pro tuner a very good investment.

It's a trial and error thing. We've tried to find the exact direction and side the rods are supposed to be installed. But there doesn't seem to be an exact setup.. The rods in each kit seem to be a bit different. Remember to flatten out the tab this should allow you to clock the piece just a bit to install the rod. It took me several tries to get it right.

In one of my earlier post I stated how I installed my rods. Let me know if you have any other issues. I did not have to bend either rod.

Note: Rod installation... B goes on the left w/ the B on top and connected to the engine. A goes on the right w/ A on the bottom and connected to the engine. The tip of the A points to the engine.

    Default Spike Intakes

I also installed mine 2 weeks ago and got them right on . Both are even if looking from the front and straight forward.

The rods I used a vise and some channel locks/vise grips , I had to bend the right side a few times more to get the fitment correct . The left side was a piece of cake

I also installed the ATRE after the Intakes , WOW what a diffrence . The stock dunnie spins like crazy when 2nd is engaged after redline from first .

Did you try flattening the tabs on the bracket and move the bracket

Did you flatten the tab or did you bend the rods?
