LUCKY! So, before the adjustment, was the clutch engaging at the end of the lever release or the beginning? I'm guessing right near the end, with lots of free play, yes?

I think I described it wrong, but mean the same thing. What I meant was when you had the clutch lever pulled in and then started to engages the clutch, you had lots of release before she started to grab, and she did so right near the end of when the clutch lever was almost all the way out. Thus, with "just a kiss of the lever" being pulled back in, she started to slip. Yes?

I hope this is what's happening, otherwise I am completely confused.

Sorry . Had no freeplay. When I just barely pulled the lever it started slipping. Now with normal freeplay it is back to normal. Hope that explains it better.

Nice hp, What was the torque? And, are you able to post the dyno slip? What elevation were you dyno'd at?

Removed secondary butterflies? Are you talking about in the throttle bodies? and, what's the benefit? Less air restriction? Curious.

Removing the secondary buttflies allows full air flow without having to wait until the secondaries open.

That is about 114 lb/ft. Sweet numbers/ Looks like the V&H pipes rock on the power department. Nice numbers thanks for posting.

Going on the dyno tomorrow. The shop has mounted the bottle, solonoid, foggers, tubing, wiring, and ignition module. He bumped the fuel pressure and we are doing 2 new maps with a master arm switch and the horn is the warp button. Getting close.

Decided to go with the EFM clutch. Bike is going to be down for a bit. Ordered all the new clutch discs and washers from Onedia today. Will install them and shim the springs till I can afford the slipper.

I have been running the Raw Superheader. 2 1/4" head pipes. Yesterday I put the McCoy Supertrapp on the bike that I just recently bought from HyperPete. Man It sure feels lik there is a good difference. I hit the rev limiter so much faster. That is the advantage of the cobra for me. I didnt loose any power from a so called perfect tune from being on the dyno and I can mod away with out having to go get tuned! I just Go!!!!
I think its an excellent Unit!!!
This sheet is from tuning in Dec 2010.

This was my best time last time at the track in March. Spinning was a problem. Im #34 the other is a buddy on a raider.

This is the pipe I bought from Pete. The sound and Performance of this shorty is awesome.
This is what I bought to use as a donor motor. Should be a monster. Think 1800 CC ducati.

I finally got my Dyno back. We removed the air box so the wet NOS jets could fit into the throttle box. Just removing the air box and replacing with KN filters added 5 HP. Without NOS it Dynoed 117HP and 104 Torque.

This dyno is with a wet 40 shot. The Dyno shows a kick when the NOS is hit, lowers down and then increases. I'm not sure if that is normal or not

How ya like the ride now Bro? Ain't it a hoot to hit the bottle. I'm gonna have to refill mine before I go to the track just from having fun on the hwy. Congrats.
