    she was cited for following to close.there needs to be an overhaul nation wide of traffic laws pertaining to running over bikers. it's BS when you can kill or maim a rider an get a $50 fine.maybe ABATE should get involved.(I didn't see him or her)should not be accepted as a valid excuse..
