Clint, take a shop vac hose, stick it out the window one day when it is raining. The amount of water you will suck up will be very minimal, if any, and that has way more suction than these intakes. Get the rain/dust covers for the filters, and you'll be fine my friend... I promise!:bigthumbsup:
Clint, get whatever you like and don't worry about water. Unless you lay it down in a mudhole it's not going to pull enough in to hurt it. With no more throttle opening than you would be using in the rain it's not going to have enough vacuum to suck water up into the air box.

Zoom is right , you wont get enough water in the intake to hurt anything , old timer mechancs used to pour water into running engines to help clean the Carbon of valves and pistons regularly during tuneups :bigthumbsup:
