Man, you put us all to shame with your bike! Every time I see it, it blows me away. You have great talent and awesome ideas, let alone the quality, which just screams off that bike.

My military base was having a motorcycle safety day. As they were briefing us inside. They were picking out the best and second best for cruiser and sports bike. I didn't win. As we were lining up for our ride, one of the judges came up to me. Asked what kind of bike it was, told him. This is what I got in return. "We kept on coming back to this bike. The only thing was, we didn't know if it was a cruiser or a sports bike."

    Default Bike Show

I can definately see that. My bike never fails to draw attention wherever I go, and most have no idea what it is. One lady told me while walking past me, it was the most beautiful Harley she had ever seen (Several have thought it to be a V-Rod). I was in a Subway and a tourist in the area came in and asked if they could take a pic. of it.

I just don't understand why there are so few out there. I like the elite feeling of it, but really don't understand why there aren't more of them around?

It's funny. To non riders, any big bike is a harley. (Kind of like any facial tissue is a Kleenex.) I live in LA and I've only seen 3 9s in the wild and I've yet to see another Orange one.

Had the tach on for about a year and a half. Just fabbed up a new mount to drop it down some.

Pretty straight-forward install, easier for me 'cause I wasn't worried about losing all the indicator lights. Black w/yellow stripe wire is the tach signal wire. The other wiring is self-explanatory, plus a few options for the memory/record trigger. I chose a momentary switch, mounted on the right-side just below the seat.

One minor problem, I shorted out the internal shift-light circuit during the initial install, so I gotta replace the tach. Got the same one in yesterday, just waiting on a new LED shift-light. I'll post more pics when I'm done with that.
