The primer gray looks ok and will be better when you paint it black.
If you paint it BLACK it adds another 10 hp.

That shade of grey looks unbelievable on the M019R. If I didn't have my Blue LE, I would def go for the grey.

So how do you like the bags under the cowling? Any damage to the paint? Had n't seen it done like that before?

    thunder,

In the picture I posted earlier, I have a tailbag with a t-shirt underneath protecting the paint (whats left). On the first day of my trip, I didn't realize that the bag was moving enough to wear/ scratch a small spot through the paint on the right side . Man, the paint job is paper thin !! Actually, I would be happy if it was that thick.

I have actually considered having it resprayed in the same colour, or adding maybe some sort of flame to mask the scratches, etc.

I wouldn't be surprised if the strap on those saddlebags were eating through the paint.

No damage to the paint. Had it this way for most of the fall. I took the rubber isolators out from under the cowl as there is enough leather to act as the isolator. It looks good too in my opinion.

    twins,

Yes, i know that there is always something else to be done. It was silly of me to suggest that yours was finished, since we all know how addictive this modding thing is !!
