hi fellas just to let you know i am going to court against SUZUKI on the 29th of april in regards to a gearbox issue i had with my 2nd and 3rd gear sharting itself, and suzuki saying it is abuse ,for anyone with the same issue and if you have delt with brendon gunton and got the same result ,i would love to hear from ya..... you can call me on 0412001482 or email at sargmichael@optusnet.com.au,cheers sarge
I haven't had any gearbox issues so far, but can't help but feel that the graunching sound when changing to second gear at higher revs has got to be doing some damage..... Good luck to you. We will be awaiting the outcome...
it cost $40 to take anyone to a tribunal over any petty issue no lawyers ,it will be me against suzuki and a magistrate decides who is right , i present my case ,suzuki present theres it will be over within a hour
Touch wood i have not got gear box problems but do have the surging that my dealer is trying to sort out for me,which they all do apparently. You can let them know about that problem as well if you like. Good luck with the suit will be interested in the out come.
Hey Grant do you still have to get a WOF every 12 months when you pay your rego over there? Thinking of bringing my 9 home but wary of having to pass a WOF all the bloody time
Hello hoss yes you need to get a WOF every 12 months with your rego.once your car or bike is over 5 years old its every 6 months. A real pain in the arse.???
Aahh well, don't anyone hold their breath. Typical of your keyboard activist, all blow and no go. If there was extenuating circumstance, would have been polite to let us now.???
I LOST,they won the magistrate looked at the warranty and decided that if i cant prove that the gears were faulty than they arnt under any obligation to pay for anything ,oh well i tried thanks for your support fellas
That sucks Sarge, just another occasion where the little guy cops it in the ribs.
