    Maybe next service give the 10w ago, I think it just depends who you get which one is recommended. It's not to expensive for a good modification to the bike. I'm surprised that more haven't done it.

    Let's talk suspension.

    For my race tech 1.1s I cut a new spacer from 25mm PVC pipe. With a steel washer at each end as supplied. My spacer is 235mm. Mine is set with very little static sag.
