    Is the kick stand down? If you are in gear and the kickstand is down, depressing the clutch will not help. Make sure you are in neutral, or make sure the kickstand is up.

    Just picked my bike up from the dealer. He had it for a week and it never leaked for him. He spoke with Suzuki and they had him do some testing but nothing showed up. I suspect it will happen again.
