They always remind me of a chefs hat.
Iím pretty sure they are the same, but you can check for sure by looking up the part number for a 2006 and a 2016 on one of the online OEM part stores like cheap cycle parts or partzilla.
I have a windvest on my Magnum. Good company with great customer service and a great product. I didnít know they made screens for the 9 tho. I had to look it up. This is the first post where Iíve...
Looking good! Same combo I run also.
Harris is Bigpapa XCT now.
A page I could actually see on the book of faces! Didnít see the post you are referring to, but saw enough to confirm my decision to not join face book!!!
Need to have LMGTFY.com constantly open...
Haven't seen you on here in forever either! Where have you been hiding?
1) Maybe check into getting some custom +1 or +2 bones made so the bike doesnít drop as low.
2) change out the air ride for one that doesnít go as low.
3) Keep your current air ride system...
FuturR or IceBox.
I use counteract beads on all my bikes. They work great. Much easier to put them in the tire before you set the bead. Pouring them in through the valve stem is a real PITA!!!
Only hard bags I know of for the 9 are Corbin and Tsukayu unless you go full custom which will require body work and rear fender.
For exhaust, have you looked into any other 2 into 1 pipes out...
Not sure on those, but the OEM guards use some different hardware than what you have there. Wonder if you are missing them.
You didnít use all 4 quarts did you? If you did, you will most likely be replacing your left air filter next. Over filling the Oil is the number one cause of oil puke.
No need to remove the air box to install or uninstall a powerpro.
I like the new signature!
Happy Birthday Matt!
I guess ďjust put it in neutralĒ is not the correct answer to this question. :joke: :D
Fuel filter is in the tank. If you had bad gas, my guess is that you need to change the fuel filter.
Fuel injected bikes donít have fuel shut off valve.
Possibly a bad tank of fuel or clogged fuel filter. Any mods done to your 9? Fuel controller, ECU flash, XTRE, etc?
Need to add one of a kind, performance hole saw exhaust baffle to your mod list in your signature.
Like I said earlier in the thread, perfect excuse to add aftermarket exhaust!
Noticed your VA plates. You wouldnít happen to be in the Richmond area would you? I saw a 13 LE a couple weeks ago. Donít see many 13 LEís on the road.
This link will take you to the post for the vacuum lines.
Enlarge the outer hole slightly with the next size up to make it easier to get the first bit out.
Seems like the perfect excuse for an aftermarket exhaust if you were on the fence about going...
I honestly have no idea. I shipped what seemed like half my bike to him for chrome and powder coating. He included labor for disassembly / reassembly in the price.
There are are a few members...
I donít know many who have had it apart. Mine was when I had it powder coated, but Chip at Simmons Motorworks did the disassembly / reassembly.
Have you checked with with your local Suzuki dealer...
Are they having the Rally this year? It has been a while since I checked the site, but last time I checked, they said Matthews was not sponsoring it this year and they had decide to cancel it. We...
For something like this, it might help to either update your profile with your location or post it in the thread. Never know, there might be someone local to you that has what you need sitting in...
The real question is, how much are you willing to spend doing it? You could go 360 / 360 if you want to spend the money for a one off custom triple tree and swing arm, fenders, etc, etc, etc.
Figure out which intake and exhaust you want first, then get the ECU flashed.
