Just let me know where you all want to meet up...
I would recommed coming in from Rogers AR and taking Hwy 12 out to 23, then 23 north into Eureka... it's a very fun road to ride down!

There is a Denny's a Starbucks and an Ihop in Rogers so there are several places for us to meet before heading out to Eureka(For those who aren't coming in from Ok).

I think the wife and I are going to get a hotel, even though we are only an hour out of ES...

This way we can knock back a few drinks with the group, should that happen, and not have to worry about how to get home.

If you hold off a couple days, I might be able to save you a little money. I am talking with the manager of Swiss Village Inn on Monday about a group rate. That's where we plan to stay.

    Ok... holding off.

Let me know when you are done negotiating. If it helps... My little group here will take at least 2 rooms and quite possibly up to 4.

I will call them tomorrow morning. I will IMMEDIATELY post results. I count 5 or 6 rooms for the group from KC and if you need another 4-6, then we are likely gonna book them up. tworanger, there is no need to change unless you absolutely want to, they are close to each other anyway.

When we stayed there in September, breakfast was mostly cold. Just some donuts and muffins.

What I like is the heated pool, which I intend to ask if it will be open in early May for us. It's a nice place to have a beverage and talk about the day, while soaking your butt!

I don't know how many others from this arear are planning to attend.
Response from locals seems pretty lackluster so far.
A friend who is not on this site, due to no computer, but has a Blurple, is planning to go.
He says it is too early to know one way or the other right now.
    But he wants to go!
