Two things...interesting tail light mod and air mod

My thoughts are this:

If you've done custom tail work, but the rest of the bike looks stock, and you've got 10K miles on it, something's off.
The air boxes look cheaply done.
And they did the effort to add an LED kit. It looks like it's in the middle of someone's mod fetish, but they didn't start off with the simple stuff first.
