    Default Bike therapy, aah!

We've been having the worst family drama over the last month! Today everything settled down enough that I could take a nice solo river road ride. Aah, what a relief! As I went over the Antioch bridge and saw the water below, all my cares were gone. Man I'm glad I kept my bike. It's the best therapy possible.

Thumbs up The best THERAPY of all!!

    I agree 100%

I've been through all kinds of "therapy" for different things.
This bike has already, in the short time I've had it, been better therapy than months and months of other kinds of programs.
And I found that out just because I believed some doctors and gave up on life, and decided to enjoy what time was left.
Now I'm getting better at a fantastic rate!
Nothing like putting some fun back into life.

I second that. My bikes have been a god send, the last few years. NOTHING else matters when I ride.... Glad you kept yours!!!!!!!!

Glad the bike helped. I've found that a good ride can cure most anything. I remember when my mom died, I took care of my dad and my kids. I was strong for everyone. When I finally got the chance I got on my bike and just rode. Many tears were shed under that helmet. It was extremely therapeutic.

Amen my brother. Even on days when I'm too tired to really want to ride or just don't feel like it, if I go anyway it always does me good. Even takes away a lot of aches and pains.

Even if you just have time for a 15 or 20 min ride it's truly medicinal .

Couldn't agree more. W/ the "good" weather winding down here, I got home from work yesterday morning, had some things to do as we have our son's Bar Mitzva happening this evening. (very hectic week) So yesterday afternoon, been up over 24 hours at this point, the weather cleared up and I had a chance to go for a quick ride. It was just what I needed!

There truly is therapy in a ride for us bikers. There have been times that I had a not so good day at work but by the time I've reached the house on the 9 it's all melted away and a smile has returned. Sometimes a ride is exactly what the dr. ordered.

There's nothing like some good ol' 2 wheel therapy! Doctors can try, even with medicine, but nothing is better than a good ride......very therapeutic.

For those of us that ride, we "get it"........for those that don't ride, they can't understand it. I've tried to explain it but there really is no way to explain it verbally.

RIDE SAFE, RIDE OFTEN AND KEEP THE SHINY SIDE UP!

Geez, maybe you guys need a ride. I'm on a nice therapy ride now. Lunch break and checking in. Work stunk, a nice ride is good for both of us. I don't know how I'm going to deal with the winter yet. I might need therapy by the time it's over.

Well when the troll is constantly stalking, it's hard to contain myself. Enjoy your ride Wayne, get a warm winter jump suite and get out on the bike from time to time. It will help you through the winter, other wise you'll feel like this.

Great pic Bernie! I have the same generic patch on my riding jacket...that might be me a few times. I don't think I'm putting her away. Want to go start it up and possible ride here and there. Mothballs ain't for me. I hear you on defending yourself. I'd be the same way. have a good one.
