Same here, but it does state "anticipated delivery dates 10-5 thru 10-12, so I'll wait another 2 days THEN complain.

Thats why they are named "Irate" customs..... because thats the state your in till it arrives..
If it is any comfort , there was a group buy last spring ,
some of the 50 buyers got e-mail notifications of
shipment , some other buyers didn't , most times
the people who got the notifications got their grills
later than people who didn't get any notifications .
it will get there .

Well the 12th has come and gone...... so I guess I'll start my complaining now !
If they hadn't put dates on their site, I wouldn't have much of a complaint, but since they DID......................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought mine a couple of months ago, no answer or confirmation in two weeks. Even got an "expedted delivery date" that was never confirmed. Then the grille appeared at the delivery address a bit over two weeks after payment. Never had a response from vendor, but the grille got to its destination in perfect condition.
Be patient.
