    Default Levers

I was thinking of getting some aftermarket levers... I read on here somewhere ....that different model years have a different style of lever!
I used the search and came up with quite a variety of random stuff!
If anyone knows ...please chime in!
I have an '09 and on DLP they sell some levers that are for 06-08!
will they fit or did they change for 09?
    thanks

The clutch lever is different. There is a difference in the radius of the curve where the lever inserts into the controls that cause it to bind. Also an '09 clutch lever has a closer reach to the handlebars than earlier models. Tigz and myself tried to install an aftermarket 08 lever as well as an 07 stock lever and they both did not work. I have an '09 as well. The brake lever seems to be the same though. Hope this helps.

If that's for an M109, I have an 11, and the top lever is what's on mine. Photo below.

I'm really confused now....My clutch lever looks like the bottom lever ...'09

Has anyone replaced their stock levers with aftermarket ones on 2009 and newer
If so... where did you purchase them from?
    Thanks

ID:	75941 I don't know, but this is the lever on my 11 and I'm not sure it's either of the pictured ones earlier. It looks like it's in between them both to me, especially on a closeup view. I don't have a closeup pic for here.

I was confused with this too. Even on different websites there was all different years. I just called yani shiki direct. The change was in 09 on the clutch lever. No change in the brake lever. I ordered them while on the phone, received them and installed no problems. P.S. sometimes a phone call pays off-Even yani shiki had the wrong years listed on their website. They were very good to deal with and he actually corrected the listing right then while I was online!
