    Default fI light...again

hi all, got a fi light problem, dealer says it is the excva module, wouldn't look at it 'cause i have after market pipes! so the pipes are on my garage floor, nothing appears to be amiss with the module in question, the cam s in place and tight, the light is intermittent, so i'm wondering if this can be done away with, trick the ecu into thinking the box is still there, like you do with the o2 sensors, does anybody have an idea?
appreciate any help, i'm quite sick of that nasty little red light.

You can just pull the #7 black/brown wire off the ecu and call it a day.

The no. 7 is the input. That's why you're getting the code.

I'm having the same problem. Shop says my O2 sensor may have back out some. Said to try to tighten it and see it that works. Cobra pipes.

If you have the code for the set valve then pulling the 7 pin will get rid of the code. Then remove the dead weight of the actuator, tape up the plugs on the bike and you'll never get that code again.
