Default Another road rage not far from me!

Kind of odd that it happened right in front of the Police Station.

Sounds like it was probably self defense to me... especially since the car driver stopped at the Police station. He did everything he could to contain the confrontation.

I agree. The facts as they presented them sound like self defense.

I hope the police take into account all of the events that lead up to the motorcyclist being shot. I agree, it does sound like self defense, but if a car road rages with a motorcycle, I believe that the person in the car should be held responsible too. I mean chasing someone down or driving aggressively car vs biker, is in my opinion assault or worse. Bikers have no defense, no protection.

Confronting another motorist is a very risky endeavor these days. Sometimes a deep breath is better than a confrontation.

As a matter of fact, if you're not ready to ruin your own life by going to jail or something like that a deep breath is ALWAYS better than confrontation.

I have seen many bikers get overly upset at someones error in driving,, people make mistakes, getting over angry can lead to getting shot. It is not always intentional. Although it is usually stupid, careless, etc. But you make it worse by going into a rage.

WOW! Such a stupid thing to go to jail for. Just senseless.

Well, you can't fix stupid. This goof sounds like he needs to be put away.

5 road rage incidents and they guy is still on the streets - wow. Sounds like this guy has some major issues. Looks like he's going away for a long time.
