    Default Irate Grills

    Hey Everybody,

For anyone that missed the last sale on the irate customs radiator grills (I did), they have them listed on ebay for $49. Just search for "m109r grill", they are listed towards the bottom. The sale is on for only 48 hours. Unfortunately it is only for select designs. Good time to pick one up. Hope this helps.

    Default Sharp burrs

Got mine yesterday afternoon. Not sure if they cut it using water jet or laser cutting, the inside (the side facing the radiator after installation) is full of burrs that can cut the fingers if you are not careful while washing it after installation.
They have a warning about the sharp edges and points while handling and cleaning.
A de-burring tool might be handy in taking away the burrs. So happens I have one and it can take the burrs away but can be quite taxing. Maybe a small file might do the job faster as the curves can be a bit difficult to get to.
If a 10 is near impossible, then we all at least have a 9!

Think the same thing. I was going to run a small file along the edges.

Gonna do just that tonite, the burring tool is a bit difficult. It cleaned the burrs at the outer edges of the grill with no problem, but the profiled edges are a bit difficult to have a 100% de-burred.
