Default What Have You Got Planned For WINTER MODS?

WINTER MODS "Reality Check-List" . . Which is what I'm actually going to get done!

Includes: Polishing front and rear wheel, Triple Clamps and Forks and braided lines for the front brakes.

It might include A 7" Headwinds Headlight mod, Handlebars and tach relocation . . but that might be pushing it.

    How About YOU?!

Scythe Mirrors - Just placed a bid on ebay
    Chrome chin spoiler
Mesh grill. The only reason I'm holding off on it is because the grill on the chin spoiler doesn't have a matching main grill.
May pull the trigger on getting the 150 front tire
Possibly get the short highway bars

    10/3 Update

No mirrors yet, but still looking
Will pass on the Chrome chin spoiler
    Mesh grill
No front tire yet. Thinking about the 150 but might get the 160.
    Highway bars came in today
    Just ordered 2.25 lowering bones
    HID light kit
Just ordered Cycle House key/side cover plates (Thanks Truth for this heads up)
    4K mile service

The Mod Bug has bitten and it needs to be fed.

Nothing planned except "maybe" letting her rest after a busy riding season, which isn't over yet. Over 7,000 miles so far. She might see 8 before it's over. Adding a polished stainless grill this week. I think that's a standout addition as far as looks on my bike, being that she's a dark color. Still have the stebel to mount...maybe that's my winter "project"!

The way the winters have been, i'll be riding. I'll do a little work on the 07. Been thinking of polishing the wheels and put them on the 08.

If the polishing works out ok, i'll do the parts on the bars when i change the bars out.

Have the bike tube McGruber version of the tach relocate right now. Going to mold that into the nacelle this winter, paint it up and make it look nice.

Will install a stebel while I am in there.

HID projector in the head light.

Might see about changing the LED color in the gauges, thinking about going with white but worried that might be too bright shining back at me. If so will probably go with blue.

Everything else will depend on available funds. Also my ability to schmooz the wife, she is slowly catching on to the fact that I have a new piece for the bike every other week...

Forgot to add, there is a brand new stock exhaust on CL near me for $25. Thinking about buying it and attempting to shorten it this winter. I am hoping that if I leave the baffle in I will be able to get the short look without the blood dripping out of my ears.

Gonna install all the goodies I've been stocking up on:
    - 2" Risers - done, but now I need to mod the mount for the Suzuki shield.
    - Wolo.
    - Air Ride and air pressure gauge (already mocked up on handle bars).
    - Engine guards.
    - Cobra PowerPro.
    - Solo rack (on order).
    - Engine mounts (on order).

Still need an ATRE with display, some sort of power distribution block, and thinking about the new Flatz.

    Somebody stop me, please.

Me, not much, maybe some more LED's. Maybe a down under bracket. The wife's bike, gonna take the wheels and tires off and and seal her spoked rims so we can run tubeless. Maybe some more LED's on hers as well.
