    Default Thinking of selling

Now that I have installed new risers, grips, throttle lock, led lights, horn, and gel seat, bought new helmet with Bluetooth and put 300 miles on it I'm feeling pressure to sell. Please don't ask why because it's a sensitive subject of course involving my better half and stories of accidents that keep popping up. I think a BMW M5 will be a suitable replacement. Boy is my situation sad!!

A bike is a bike. Cagers dont care what you ride....... Just get better at spotting them and avoiding them............
In an age of synthetic images and synthetic emotions, the chances of an accidental encounter with reality are remote indeed.

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

I've been dealing with the same thing for 10 years. She's a little more understanding now as she agrees that it's a good way for me to cool down when stressed.

Everyone so far is focused on the wife thing. That's only a small part of my thought process. I was thinking I should sell when I still can get a decent amount for it. But on the other hand, man its a sweet ride!!!

The trick is to find a wife who encourages riding.

Take mine for example, she never complained once about me putting more bikes in my garage. To her, their just extra seats for when we ride together.
Thats why I stuck a ring on her finger yesterday she's a great partner

I agree that only you can makethe decision to keep it or sell it. The question is, what's your motovation? Do you not want to ride anymore? Is it too much machine for you? Do you not find it fun anymore? or do you have a bag full of money burning in your pocket 'cause that's what an M5 is gonna run ya.....I know 'cause I had a little 'ol M Roadster....

And to follow up with this post.

You can tip over just walking to that M5. When your time is up, it's up! No one will get out of here alive. People die in cars everyday! I'll stop riding when I can't balance anymore! Then it will be trike time My dad and oldest brother were and are pilots, the brother just above me and myself were on, as I say Navy Teams. And we all-ways! Told our loved ones, if we die. We did it doing something we loved, and that's all I gotta say about this subject!
But you do, what you want to do.

lmfao... at the pic. But i'm thinking since you're even doubting, you should sell thre bike. Safe riding equal 100% trust in the bike, you abilities and the confidence that you will turn cagers mistakes to your advantage. And seems like money is not a big issue, you can always come back to motorcycle once you convince the wife or beat the fear. Just my two cents.

Man you guys are hard core!!! The pic is funny though extreme. There is nothing that I would let get in the way with my relationship with my wife including the all wonderful 9. I have always wanted a m5 so I was thinking this is a good time. And just to clarify, a used m5 for the money bags comment. I'm going to enjoy for maybe another summer and see how I feel then. Any body interested in a 2011 le with 400 miles modded? LOL
