Well I picked up my very first M109R from Michigan today! It was the first time that I have seen orange on these bikes in person and it was way better than I hoped. Orange just so happens to be my favor color in general. After I got it on the trailer something happened that I never would have imagined. I was on the freeway and ended up passing what I believe was a Harley. I went around him and got back in the slow lane. Well I look back and he passed a car and was gaining on me.He got up to the trailer and matched its speed. He then sped up to my window. I look over and see him shaking his head and telling me " that thing is sweet" gave me a thumbs up. I smiled and said thanks and waived. He tucked back in behind the trailer. There were numerous people that slowed to match the trailers speed along the way home so they could check the bike out. Some of those people gave the thumbs up also. I was just shocked. It is all stock except the wind screen. I cant wait to get my tags tomorrow!

Default Welcome to the world of the nine

Since i bought the 07 new and have had it over 4 years this experience with the people and the nine just never has ended.
I keep my nine pristine all the time, and people come up and compliment it on a never ending basis. The nine stands out in
the crowd of motorcycles like no other. Its show the strength and sexy good looks that just draws people too it. Even those hard core Harley riders will look and when they see you looking at them quickly turn away. Just get used to it, it won't stop.

Very cool, enjoy. I had a harley rider today almost mow his wife down when I come driving in, just to look at my 9. He loved the paint and the car tire on the back LOL

I would definitely like to de beaver the tail. It just costs a good chunk of money for the license plate relocation kit and the integrated tail light or turn signals. I think there should be a cheaper bracket for the license plate. I am going to order the lowering bones maybe this week. We will see. I think I'm gonna go with 2.25.

    Default Debeaver options

Screw the kits. Get a price of angle iron and mod up your own( I'm pretty sure there is a how-to) and then get the horizontal led turn signals. Best mod I ever did to her.
Some guys paint their cars, some guys paint their bikes. Me, I paint my skin.
