That sucks, I had the same happen to me a few months ago but then I checked my CCTV system recording and saw the UPS driver deliver the package next door.

When ever I order anything online I ship it to my job because of that same reason. Call them and let them know you didn't receive it. They might send out another one if it was stolen. Some companies are better than others taking care of the customer.
Did you report it to UPS or whoever delivered it? I've had a couple of my packages dropped off at the wrong address and I've also gotten some stuff that wasn't mine but always got it straightened out. USPS is really bad about delivering mail and packages to the wrong address hear. They get their route mixed up and drop off everything either one box late or early, so in the evenings everyone is shifting their mail to the correct box.
Life has no remote control, get up and change it yourself.
yea call them I have had my packages delivered to the wrong place and called and they found them...

I checked with my neighbors and nothing. Fedex tracking says delivered, I say BS.
But then again, I probably deserve the hassle

Are any of your neighbors home during the day. Maybe they saw him(ups) go to the wrong house.

All major credit cards has lost protection give credit card company call and file with them they. Should cover you for loss. Many people don't realize of this or price protection. Just like american express will doulbe ur warranty or max 1 extra year

Had that happen with usps. It was delivered the following day. I called, and apparently its easier for them to do it this way (lazy)

I ordered the same product from L&M. Luckily it was received. I am sorry yet upset to hear this happened to you. Hopefully you can get it resolved.

I had my rear tire sent to my neighbors house. After calling they said it was delivered to my door. I walk down to the bottom of the drive way and there it was lieing next to his front door.

L&M needs to put a trace on it since they shipped it. They also should have insured it so if FED EX cant find it, L&M should send you another one.
Ive had stuff gone missing from Overstock and wife's QVC orders, both companies said it happens all the time and sent us new orders. I give them both excellent customer service ratings for that. They just asked if the other ones show up, please send them back at their expense.

Hope Fedex can get it straightened out, could just be a hiccup in the tracking system too. I have some dynabeads on the way and they were supposedly out for delivery today, now it says tomorrow, these things get messed up every now and then, I'd give it a day.

I ordered the busa cover and stealth fender on the 16th.. I get a mail from L&M today letting me know it shipped out on 8/22... according to L&M there was an agreement on the group buy that any order would ship in 5-7 business days.. Well, I went down to the address where my package was delivered and asked the girl sitting on the porch if there was a package delivered by fedex to her house for "john doe". She says she did so she went in to ask her mom where it was and her mom said nothing was delivered by fedex. So I said OK thanks. I guess its between fedex & L&M.
