    Default How do I know what the rear shock is set @?

    I have a spanner wrench and a bike lift but I'm not quite sure what the suspension is set @. Let's say 7 is facing the ground when I look from the bottom of the bike. What would my suspension be set to? Thanks in advance.

    I know this is the same info......but here is a copy/paste/print chart for you.......

    1. Here is another helpful tip, the list below shows what you are looking for as far as the numbers go. Since the hash mark for the adjustment is on the side you can’t go with what’s showing straight down. Seapup made a chart so you would know what the setting is when the number you see straight down. If that makes since.

      so if you see " 7 " underneath you are at " 4 "
      6 = 3
      5 = 2
      4 = 1
      3 = 7
      2 = 6
      1 = 5
      7 = 4
