I have a spanner wrench and a bike lift but I'm not quite sure what the suspension is set @. Let's say 7 is facing the ground when I look from the bottom of the bike. What would my suspension be set to? Thanks in advance.

i would have thought looking at the notches and finding the locking pin for them and using a mirror to see what number it was on.....but hell thats only what i tried, with out an bike stand.
Those that can't,
Watch or manage,
Those that can!
I know this is the same info......but here is a copy/paste/print chart for you.......
- Here is another helpful tip, the list below shows what you are looking for as far as the numbers go. Since the hash mark for the adjustment is on the side you can’t go with what’s showing straight down. Seapup made a chart so you would know what the setting is when the number you see straight down. If that makes since.
so if you see " 7 " underneath you are at " 4 "
6 = 3
5 = 2
4 = 1
3 = 7
2 = 6
1 = 5
7 = 4
