Being 200-300 ML of oil low will not cause any issues.

Be careful. You'll be just as disappointed if you put too much in. I put 3 qts and 20ozs with an oil and filter change. I find the 15/3 check to be inconsistent. I just check mine cold on the kickstand first thing in the morning.

i tried on cold engine on kickstand and dipstick didnt even touch oil !! we just were 100% sure that different kind of oil in level range is much better then below dpipstick bottom end ,is it? second point is how dealer selling brend new bike has no mechanic to do this right!! third ,i paid almost 180$$$ for that BS oil change and was sure and trusteble that they do this right ,thats make me do on my own for every next time, but keeping point of that thread most of you says change the oil and filter ,im gonna choose ams oil 10w40 synthetic ,keep you posted about how my engine and clutch is acting after that, thanx for you all,be safe

Even if they only put in 3 quarts, there's about another quart in the engine that you can't get out when draining it. The oil pump pickup is at the bottom of the oil pan and is going to pump oil even if they only put in 2 quarts. The oil pump is what lubes the internals, not them running in a bath of oil. A 1/3 of a quart low isn't gonna matter and won't cause any issue. Whatever change you experienced after you added the oil was not due to the amount that you added. Maybe the type that you added, but not the amount.

interesting.....but what about vibrations ,,,they also gone, i felt it like something is out of balance ex.wheel ,rotating engine part, my clutch lever i softer now....so synthetic is what all of you is riding on and everyone feel it good .....but that little amount of synt added as oil kind could make that difference

yes Trod i agree about engine alone, but ther is no pump for tranny ,so every single bearing ,sprocket and clutch (as i seen on this site, people talking about clutch issues becouse of not enough oil) need proper level cuz as they rotating they make kind of preassure and splush all them around,am i right??

Stay with the 15/3 check. Don't do the cold check.

As long as the oil pump pickup is in oil (and you would have to be virtually out of oil for it not to be) there is oil being pumped everywhere inside the engine including the tranny. The clutch does not run in oil, it is fed pressurized oil.

hmmmmm dont know that, just thought tranny is being oiled by itself.........someone told me that.....anyway to all we siad suzuki make min and max range that oil level must be in it, you pay and you expect, no matter what coused all that change in my bike ( kind of oil, not in range) spoused to be correct, like i said i will change oil and filter this coming weekend and let you know if smile on my face stays on and bike goes smooth and no clutch issues ,then i see what was the problem, but still dont think that little amount of synt. oil could do this, rather correct oil level but its just my thinking, thats my first season on this bike i i dont know it much...
