    Default Custom 9's

While wasting some time I came across some custom 9's and thought I'd start a thread and post some pics of them. One of them is the Revo 9 that Rainey worked on, one is from a fellow rider here on the site that I really like and some I stumbled on in Facebook etc. They may or may not have been on the site.

May be interesting to have a thread of nothing but custom 9's?

All I can say is . I have seen a couple of them before. I believe the first one is Rainey's build! They are rolling works of art. TBH I'd never rid it if it looked like that. I wish there were more pics of this one.

MODS LIST: Scorpion Tips, 250 Rear, 160 Front, Lanzar MC90 Speaker System, HID 8K Kit, Spike Flame Stem Mirrors, Windshield, 230 White LEDs, Chrome Billet Grill Mod, Chrome Tank Trim

I like it as well. Three pics of it in the original thread now. I think the black pipe goes really well with it.

In my opinion, 50% - 60% of the bikes on this forum are custom to some degree, which makes them unique all in there own way, go to the MAM and I'm sure all will agree, there are some who pay for that total custom look, and there are the rest who do it on there own and pull off some amazing projects, lets face it, it's a partial looking custom off the show room floor, we all only enhance it to make it are own, hey, some of those probably 40K - 60K bikes are totaly beautiful though in this thread, don't get me wrong

The word that comes to my mind for this bike is "Rad!". I love his use of yellow. I'm glad to see this thread is taking off, it will be a great place to reference for ideas. And yes, there are a lot of bikes here on our website that are awesome bikes, I mainly used one's that I personally had not seen by current members. Another one that will be a "must add" when it has been completed is this one. I love the look of this 9 and the use of the chrome dots etc.

[QUOTE=Sly Dog;1670826]There have been a few threads like this before, sometimes its better to keep those going but this isn't History Class either! So a new one is always more fun

I agree, a new thread can be as interesting as an old one with people providing a fresh outlook and new ways to incorporate these ideas in new ways.
I have been around here long enough to know almost every topic has been gone over numerous times, however it gets me pissed when there are members who immediately jump in on a new thread to proclaim its old news. Maybe these people should either keep their mouths shut or start a new thread that no one has ever discussed. I must be suffering from PMS today, sorry for my venting.

w/ Bernie. I think that 9 is going to look awesome when it's all together and will be right up at the top of my "favorite 9" list.

Sly - that is a beautiful bike. I think that pipe on it fits it perfectly as well. Very nice!

Gregg - I'm with ya brother.

I absolutely love the look of the sportbike type body work on this tail end. Really sweet with all that rubber exposed out back
