Default Kudos to Ryan & Linda and many others too

I think a seperate thread is in order to express our thanks to Ryan and Linda for the job they do putting this meet together. This was my first MAM and I am left saying, "why did I wait so long to go". I've been kicking around the board for a long time now and have met many great people on here. It was so great to put faces to screen names. I have been to all the major events in the MC circles and I can honestly say that this is the best time I have ever had. I made friends with folks that I know will be friends for a long time to come. My wife debbie and I clicked with Dave his wife Stacy, Todd and his wife Debbie and our favorite 3rd wheel Big Bill. My wife was blown away by the group we have and now understands why I have been around this board for so long. I know that Ryan gets a lot of help form those who never stop helping on the boards and off. Matt (FutureR), HyperPete and I'm sure the list goes on. I thank You one and all. See ya next year.

Somehow Ryan and Linda find a way to make the MAM better and better every year! It is tough to organize an event of this magnitude, but it is even tougher to build on what you have already done by adding more and more sponsors, changing the location, adding events, adding group rides and parades. Ryan and Linda your efforts are much appreciated! Not only do I want to thank you, but I want to be a part of what you are doing! If there is ANY way that I can help you organize/coordinate/pull off this event, please let me know. I thought about sending this as a PM, but I figured I would put it out there so that maybe others like myself who have yet to help out could join in as well. Thank you for your years of hard work making this event possible. I also want to thank those who are behind the scenes helping out, I know that no two people can do it alone. I look forward to hearing back from you to let me know how I can help!

MODS LIST: Scorpion Tips, 250 Rear, 160 Front, Lanzar MC90 Speaker System, HID 8K Kit, Spike Flame Stem Mirrors, Windshield, 230 White LEDs, Chrome Billet Grill Mod, Chrome Tank Trim

I couldn't agree more, they both deserve a ton of praise for the work they do to support this. I can't even imagine the amount of time they put in to make it happen, from doing all the vendor contacts to finding a great place to stay and ride. It's a monumental task to say the least.

And Ray, not to add more pain, but the ones prior to this were just as good. And some of the riding was even better.

Ah, Mike. I am sure that is true. I guess I will have to learn to live with the pain. But you will see me from here on at all the MAM's. God willing. My biggest issue over the years as been that our kids up north are in school still in late June and graduate around 3rd week in June as well. I hope that doesn't cause me a problem in 13 since my youngest daughter graduates H.S. We shall see. Great to finally meet you and your wife Mike. Next time I hope to be able to spend more time talking and hanging with you.

Thanks Ray. I try to acknowledge everyone that works on the meet as it takes a load off what I need to get done.

    Special Thanks to:
    1. Linda (my wife) For everything she does and puts up with me doing this.

    2.
jdawg (Jason) and TBud (Tyler) for making the meet design and shirts.
    3. draggin61 (Brian) for working on the routes.

Matt (FutureR) has helped me the past couple of years with handing out the prizes in the raffle.
Pete (HyperPete) , I thank you for riding home and letting Haywud take the spot on the trailer, so I could take him home.

That is why I did not mention names Ryan. I did not want to leave anyone out who helps you guys out. I would suggest that you consider making tee-shirts to sell at the meet too. If you go with the common sizes and try not to get to crazy I'm sure they would go. Med up to XXl. I do have a partner here at work that has his own company that does shirts. Not looking to step on any toes but if you need a hand with that I could ask him price as long as he would have access to the needed art work. Again, great job.

The Meet shirts can still be ordered from Tbud. I'm guessing they do not print a bunch of them off, not knowing if they will sell them or not. As when they and I do things, it is paid for by us. I just wanted to make sure that you knew that you still could order a meet shirt.

Default Tireless effort from Ryan and Linda

These two deserve a lot more credit than most people really understand. To set this kind of event up, listen to all the feedback (both positive and negative) take it and try to make the next meet better is a monumental task to say the least. I wonder if everyone realizes how much time is involved in contacting all the vendors that donated the prizes that allowed you to go three rounds in the drawing? I am thinking most of them don't just call you and offer those items up. I would bet they have already started on next year’s event.

Put 150 different people from all over together and I assure you not everyone is going to be satisfied. All you can do is try, and as most people have stated you two succeeded.

Ryan, it sounds like you have at least one volunteer in Throwerb to assist you next year so I hope you take him up on it.

I know there may be others that helped them along the way and I don't mean to shut them out but I think everyone would agree these two have become the face of the MAM!
