    Default Florida Floods

I was told to quit praying for rain but my lake is still dry. Sorry for all those who are affected by the flooding, wish there were a way to get the water to us. We need about another 6 feet to give our lakes a decent start. We have had about 30 inches of rain this month, hard to believe it but my dirt road has no standing water, a few wash outs but nothing extreme. In Baker county entire roads have washed away.
Can you believe how bad people drive? It's just common sense but that would make for boring video, so bring on the morons! Plow thru that deep water in your mini van, some of us enjoy a good show. Seems like most would know that this is one time where speed is not your friend.

Yeah, I hear you guys are getting hammered back home and all around the area. Sounds like the Live Oak area is in really bad shape. You needed rain, just not all in the same day.

All this rain and Geneva is still a mud hole, at least Pam won't be strolling around the edge anytime soon, unless she wants to try and find her shoes :)
But it is sad to see what happened to a lot peoples homes. And the roads, some of them are in really bad shape, 20 foot pieces just washed away. 218 in Middleburg is missing a big section, I-10 is still closed. If only they could figure a way to get that water down to us!

Sorry for the folks on the gulf side that got most of the rain and flooding. Here in Deltona we only got about 4 or 5 inches of rain from T.S. Debby. We need a lot more rain here. My lake could use 5 ft. of water too.

I know some of us wanted the rain to fill up their lakes and I understand that but if I could, I would have sent it to Colorado............
