Its like concert tickets ..... its blocked off if we use it or not .... I have to get up at 4am to put the Blockades in place and then remove them when we are done. I will explain more later I have a 2 hour ride to lead tonight.... So here is the New Permit "Protected" Lot, Anywhere in the Yellow boxes we can park doesn't have to be in the spots we can park how ever we want in that space. 4 Large Barriers with Parking Lot Closed will be dropped off 4pm Friday Night. I have to get up at 4 AM when the bar crowd is clearing out Sunday Morning and put the Barriers in 2 places. If there is any cars in the lot still they are legally parked and can stay there till Monday, we can't have them towed. I will be leaving a note on the car that says "Dear Driver if you need to leave we have an event here and need the parking lot secure. Please put Barricade back if you need to move it to get your car out. Thanks" We have the option to provide security but they assured me that they haven't had any problems in the past with items being moved as its $300 fine if they are caught. I think this should do for our needs. If anyone is driving up in 4 Wheels and wants to park there and watch while we are gone I can arrange this. I think that would be overkill. The only place we CAN'T park is the Blue Egg Shape that is a walking path that needs to be left clear for foot traffic.
