Default DLP not so bad after all

I was very tempted to pull the triger on the offer Dan posted about the Cobra PowrPro but read so many negative post about them I was leary. Imagine my surprise when 1 day after placeing my order for a PowerPro for $429.99 includeing shipping I recieved a tracking number in my email. I will definetly be doing business with them again in the near future.

If the items are in stock everything is good.

That's what I hear. If it's in stock....boom it on it's way. The question I have is....if it's not in stock, does the website tell you that?

I ALWAYS call first to check availability before placing the order. Saves a lot of trouble.

Dan just released the new DLP website and I believe it shows if the item is in stock.

What do you mean by bad? Back orders take forever or customer service issues?

maybe you could get Dan to publish a statment regarding the new software and how it can alleviate the repeated issues that everyone has experienced from time to time if the part isnt in stock.

WITH ALL DUE RESPECT....some of us are not that way...and without beating this dead horse of an issue, Dan knows what the problems are and what needs to happen to solve them. the fact that they could be "handled" even if an manual mode kinda disrepects his potentially most loyal customers. thats the way "I" see it...and im a customer, just like you.

I completely agree. I've spent thousands of $$$$ with DLP with no issues.
