Default Edmonton Wheels - Powdercoat or Polish??

Hey, could anyone point me to a good place to get my stock wheels powdercoated or polished in the Edmonton area. Or if anyone knows of a place near by that could chrome them I would be interested in looking into that aswell....depending on price ofcourse.
    Thanks,

    Thanks,
If you want to put a color on them you will have to take them to a car painter. They can paint straight over the stock wheels. Just had mine done. 2 coats black and a clear coat. The bike shop took my wheels off and stripped them. I also painted the hub black.

Thanks, but from what I understand powdercoating will be much more durable on the wheels. Am I wrong on this?

If done properly painting them will last. plus its not like your bike really gets driven in poor weather conditions.

Does anybody know about chroming in Alberta? I'd be interested in getting this done.

so I looked into having the wheels chromed and I guess not to many people even do it any more. I talked to Top Gun Coatings in Calgary and they said they have a PC color that looks like chrome but is not as shiny. They also might be able to ceramic coat the wheels to give it that chrome look.

Have any of you guys seen either the "shiny PC" or ceramic done?

I have also been looking to try and get my rims chromed around town but no luck.
Hoping I might be able to find someone at the bike show this weekend.

Well I was down at the show today and had no luck. I know one of the guys at Walt Healy but he was out for lunch when I stopped by so I will call over there monday. A couple years ago before I got the bike they had a demo one and they had the rims Chromed.
