Check out the Illinois forum. There is a ride/get together being planned for May 21-22nd. It is going to be in Rockford. It should be close enough for you to go and meet some other 9'ers.

There are several 109 riders living in the Chicagoland area, but it's pretty tough to get together to ride. Everyone has such busy schedules. I was able to ride with a few folks last summer, but not very many times. I guess the best way to try is to go into the IL section of the forum and either post messages in there, or send PMs. Good luck!
