Nothing wrong at all kind sir. The post you see is the first post that was sent out to recruit new members. the first year we kept it to the minimum and did not allow new members to ensure we had things right before accepting others into the organization. wanted to do it right the first time. From what weve experienced so far seems like we made the right decision to hold off instead of jumping the gun. so yes this is our fourth year.
