Hey, I am interested in this ride. I am coming from Southfield area. Hopefully I can meet up with someone and roll out there.![]()
4 more days! The weather forecast looks good. For the ride to Hell full gear seems to be required not to freeze your arse off, but during the ride the chaps will prolly be coming off.
I went riding around Hell last Sunday and the leaves are just beginning to change resulting in some beautiful scenary. I won't have my co-pilot on board so someone with a passenger on back should designate them group photographer!![]()
If their is anyone else coming from the north and would like to ride down with myself and a friend with a 07 L.E. we can meet at the Clio exit on I-75.We are planing on leaving at 10 am,its about a hour and ten minute ride down to HELL.
I will be riding down from Oxford. Most likely hit 23 at Fenton, but need to check with V10 killer to make sure.

JJ 109 let me know if you want.we can meet you guys in fenton.
Hey SV, a couple of questions. What direction are you starting in? Leaving Hell, heading toward the north and west, or going south and then west? The reason I ask is my wife has to work until 10:30 so we can't leave home until 11:00am. We are about 2 hrs from Hell, and if you are going the north then west direction, we will jump on the route at Mason or Stockbridge, and head towards you until we meet, then tuirn around and join the ranks. My wife would be glad to man our digital and take photos of the ride if you wish. I know I can shorten our arrival time, in that I have a Black 109, and it is the fastest. That will help I'm sure. We want to be part of this, and will continue to try to get her out of work, but just in case. Let me know what you think.

JJ 109 we can meet you at the speedway gas station at owen rd about 10:20-10:30 If that sound ok,
FYI to those coming from the East: I forgot that UofM plays at noon at the Big House this week. You may want to give a bit of extra time if you are taking I-94 as it will most likely be congested around AA.
South-bound 23 may also be a bit congested, but not too bad as I would assume most people would take 23 to M-36 which is still well north of AA.
First of all, Thanks to all who showed up. The ride went well with the exception of Mason, but we got through it.
To Kands, my sincerest apologies. I tried to put your number into my phone to call you when we left, but as I was searching for it when we went to go leave I could not find it. I looked for you at the gas station when we rolled through, but did not see you.
I think this should be the first Annual Ride to Hell and Back (almost). There were 18 bikes total I counted. I enjoyed meeting everyone and look forward to future outings.
I am creating a thread in the M109 Pics and vids to put the pictures of the ride, so please put them there so people don't have to scroll through 3 pages of discussion for pics. Thanks again!

Hey SV,
No need to apologize, friend. My wife had to work, so we were late, we got to the BP station at 12:20 pm, stayed till 1:45, put up with a group of HD riders, and then headed east toward Hell. I am truely sorry we missed you. It was something I looked forward to since its inception. My own fault, no one elses. we had a great time in Hell, then rode bck to Leslie, had dinner, rode home. Beautiful day, nice ride, and we were with you in Spirit if not in person. I truely look forward to meeting all of you guys. Just once, I would like to ride with a group of 9's to see what that is like. I really do appreciate all the work you put into this ride, I'm sure that the other riders comments about what a great job you did was right on the money.
If this does indeed become an annual event, I will be there again, on time, begining-to-end. This group could tour many different locations. I would love to see a group of 9s join us for the Mid-Night ride next year. Thanks again, SV. Great pics and video. Have a great winter, all!!!!
Kands,
Glad to hear you still had a great day overall.
I can tell you riding with that many 9's is simply amazing. Our line spanned about 1/2 mile long down the road at least. I wish we could have gotten a few more action shots of how big the group was. We can definitely look at having a ride in a different part of the state next spring perhaps. Anyone who is up for creating a route, start working on it. You have all winter!
For some of the newer guys to the group, this is a ride we did a few years back around the Dexter/Mason/Irish Hills area.
