No problem...one thing I know is car tires...might be it, but, that's another story!

Yes, at least two years, then I would just not over due it after that. I've seen them go 7 and 8, but I don't think I'd trust it on a bike. Not the way you guys ride!

Gotta call BS. The tire is obviously flat and was ridden while it was flat. Jeesh !!!

I had a similar problem with a V Rubber 260. I called V Rubber and they asked for a pic and immediately sent me a brand new one....no issues as of yet

this EXACT same thing happened to my tire this summer. Reason ? Bolts !
What happened was the girlfriend and i went for ride with sissybar and luggage on bike then I got home and took the sissybar and saddlebags off. I then put the same bolts in (forgetting they are longer than stock bolts) and well I went for ride and hit couple bumps in road and when I got home my tire was scored EXACTLY like this all the way around.

Now bike is laid up in the garage and a new E3 is enroute :)

Edit: My bike is not lowered at all and has (had) stock rear tire. Check the bolts that go through the chrome grab handles at rear of bike and ensure they are the short ones.
