How did you manage that without scratching the pipes or bending the brake lever ? VERY lucky thats all the damage you got !

Also I have a dent/white marks on my gas tank, any cost effective way to make this look any better?

THE gas tank you might wanna try a shop that may can pop out the dent bcuz the tank is metal and its a small area from what i see!!! im NOT completely sure but they may be able to help with popping it out and giving it a new shine for cheap!! probably even cheaper if you was to remove the tank yourself and have them do it!!...... not sure but i would check a body shop 1st!

Look up how to pop dents using dry ice, those look shallow enough that it might work. Then it's minor paint and body work

I have no idea, I was VERY lucky that day. The only injury I had was having a deep cut in my right leg right to the bone which required stitches.

Aeromech's package came today, wanted to publically post the picture of it because I was floored when he offered to send it in the first place, the part is basically brand new! I plan on riding to the dealership tomorrow and having it put on so I don't screw up plus I need an oil change.

    Default Tank seam

Not happy with the tank 'seam'? I got a piece of chrome plated plastic(actually,2 pieces) at Canadian Tire for about $6.00. Went on perfect. They are for the edge of a car door so it wont get damaged when you slam 'em into the gut next to ya. They are self-adhesive, and have been on mine for about 2 years.

My Buddy had damage like this once...the bike ran into his ex's baseball bat in the parking lot at work.
Out of every one hundred men you send me, ten shouldn't even be there, eighty are just targets, nine are the real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make good the battle...... Ah, but the one....one is a warrior.... and he will bring the others back.” -Heraclitus
