    Default Saddle bags

I am having unbelievable problems finding lockable saddle bags for my C109RT. Suzuki Australia have the brackets but no bags and the US suppliers I have found on the internet don’t seem to be able to confirm that the bags/mounts that they are advertising will fit the C109RT.
Can anyone recommend a good lockable brand, preferably with between 20 and 30 litre capacity for each bag that they have fitted to their C109RT.

If you've got the money, Corbin stuff looks awesome on the C. I saw Grandpatractor's bike at the premeet in June and I fell in love with it. It is very sharp.
    she s not quite stock.

The fleetliner bags are the nicest bags I"ve seen on a C109. Capacity: 38 liters right side, 41 liters left side

The price tag is $1700-$1900 for the bags, so they aren't cheap.

Hey Ray, mine has Givi's on it (36lt). Mine is the C109R, so should fit yours. I found old mate on the Sunshine Coast (Noosaville) that has Givi's in stock. http://www.aussiebiker.com.au/catalo...tegory=12-GIVI

I will be selling mine soon to upgrade to the one's from Tsukayu's website.

    Hope that helps, Paul

    Default Thanks

Thanks for the leads. I now have some decisions to make, thej down side is every thing seems to have about a 2 -3 month delivery period but the up side is that there are some nice options.

    Thanks again,

These with EASY BRACKETS. Do not get Ghost Brackets (they will bend at the mounts)

They look great with the C109

It depends on whether you want hard bags or soft bags. They make kits to make the C109RT's soft bags lockable.

I strongly recommend Hepco&Becker. Here, in Europe, this company rules when it comes to motorcycle luggage.

I have the Nevada saddlebags: leather (I could't buy plastic bags on my cruiser), 27 litres capacity (each), C-bow carrier system, lockable, very quick release (3 seconds). I carried up to 10 kg / saddlebag!

Good luck with your decision, Aussie!

    Cool Decision Made

Thanks for all the ideas, it turns out that there were numerous options and I finally decided on Edge Leather from the USofA, at the end it was a decision purely on availability, at $777 delivered to Australia, they have quick release brackets, are lockable, 20lt capacity (each) and can be here in 10 days; compared with weeks to months from some of the other suppliers.

Interesting that the local Suzuki dealer could not find any bags, anywhere, suitable for the C109RT, I might apply for the position of manager for their accessories department :)

Again thanks for all your assistance.
